DESCRIPTION:This class is not a summer camp event.   \nThis month\, we will be painting either a special mug for dad’s morning coffee\, or a dish for his pocket items at night. DESCRIPTION:Ages:  8 and up:  Let’s get cookin’! \nThis week we are celebrating food! Make a box out of clay that looks like a cherry pie! If we have time\, we will glaze the box during class time. If not\, you can return to glaze the box after it has been fired. Then\, we will paint a plate for you to use while you are cooking!  \n\nCherry Pie Box (clay)\n\nThis cherry pie box could be apple pie\, peach pie\, or even blueberry pie if they wish.  The pie box will be made at the camp and then painted a couple of week slater.  This is a pinch pot with a lid.  It will be large enough for them to put their loose change or hidden treasure inside.   Let’s celebrate an Independence day staple.  \n\nLet’s Cook! DESCRIPTION:Day 1: Ages 7 and Up \nYou will leave our camps this week with colorful pieces that are sure to make you feel GROOVY every time you use them!  You will use new painting techniques to create this flower bowl\, and you will hand build a yin-yang box from clay. \n\nEverything’s Blooming\n\nToday we are going to make a small flower bowl to keep us in the daisy year round.  If you don’t like yellow daisies\, yours can be purple or any other color that you love\, maybe many different colors! \n\nYin Yang Is My Thang\n\nToday we will create a multi-colored yin/yang box.   This box will be fired later to be painted in a couple of weeks.  Keep your treasures safe. \nThis camp will include a pizza and drink at lunch time. \nOur camps may have other small projects over the course of the camp\,  Deposits are transferable to other camps\, but they are not refundable. The remainder of the charge will be collected on the day of the camp. Taxes are added on at the time of checkout.  If you have difficulty booking this camp\, please contact the studio directly.
