We will be using tempera paint\, but wear clothes that you don’t mind getting messy. Snack and story time are included\, and you get to keep the book! SUMMARY:Wet Clay with Justine -- Clay Lanterns -- Grades K-2
DESCRIPTION:Justine is a certified art teacher with a specialty in wet clay.  In this session\, students will use the slab technique and shaped cutters to create a clay lantern.  The cost for the class includes a second visit to the studio to paint the lantern after it has been bisque fired.  A battery operated tea light will also be included. \nThese classes will include a light snack and drink.  Kids should dress casually\, appropriate for playing in the mud.  This class is designed for the slightly older  kid. \nClass must hit at least 5 students to hold.   We will refund fully if it does not hit this thresh hold.  Tickets are not transferable.
