Purchase Agreement(Required)
Payment and Cancellation Agreement -- Cancellation must be received 48 hours before the event. Cancellations after that will not be refundable because we will be unable to fill the space with another party. I further understand that the money paid on this booking does not not cover the cost of the party. It is a deposit only against the total charge. The pieces painted will be charged on the day of the party. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed to be brought into the studio. Frequent Fire Cards are not punched for party purchases.*

Full party with cake from Nothin’ Bundt Cake.

Reserve our party room for groups up to 20 for a 2 hour visit.

This package is for a minimum of 8 painters — $200 for 2 hours in our party room which comes complete with napkins, plastic forks or spoons and a tablecloth for the food and gift table.  We also include a memory plate with calligraphy from our studio artist.  Each party member will receive a choice of party animal, a basic mug, or small bowl.  Our artist will help you get started. (Each additional participant will cost $20.)

WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE MORE THAN 20 PEOPLE IN THIS ROOM.   (If this is a children’s party, adults count in the total number of people.)

Bring in food and drink.  We have a refrigerator and freezer to accommodate your food choices.  All drinks must be non-alcoholic.

The deposit apply to your Basic Party Package including the room for two hours and a memory piece.  The items chosen by the party participants will be charged on the day of the party.   All party pieces will be delivered to the person hosting the party.  They are not delivered separately.

** Frequent Fire Cards are not punched for parties.
